Portico Quartet are nominated for the 2008 Nationwide Mercury Music Prize. The modern jazz group will give a series of performances in the UK later this year:

Originally, Timbaland must produce his full album, but now, reports said that Jay-z will team up with his contender: Kanye West. Chris Cornell inspired by Queen

For his next LP, Chris Cornell admits he has been inspired by rock groups like Queen or Pink Floyd. The American superproducer Timbaland has also pitched in the project: he had brought psychedelic elements to the music. Scream will be available in the autumn.
